Polisi Bayaran Balik

Our company has a full refund policy under the following circumstances:

  • If we have not processed your SSM renewal / reprint within 2 working day (excluding Weekends & Public Holidays).
  • If for any reason that Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (SSM) does not allow us to renewal/reprint your business and no payment has been made to SSM (not applicable for expiry beyond 12 months).
  • Important (Renew SSM):
    1. No refunds will be made if your business has expired beyond 12 months, you will receive an Expiry Confirmation Letter instead of SSM Document as per your order.
    2. No refunds will be made if any order has been fulfilled with the wrong information.
  • Important (Reprint SSM):
    1. No refunds will be made if your business has expired beyond 12 months, you will receive an Expiry Confirmation Letter instead of SSM Document as per your order.
    2. No refunds will be made if your business has expired below 12 months. We will reprint your documents after renewal done from your side.
    3. No refunds will be made if any order has been fulfilled with the wrong information or, wrong document selection.

The refund will be made within 3-7 working days based on the eligibility.

RM20 from total amount will be imposed on every refund transaction to cover the cost of payment gateway and handling.

Sila hantar butiran pembaharuan syarikat anda. Pastikan semua butiran adalah betul. Maklumat yang tidak tepat akan menyebabkan kelewatan dalam memproses bayaran balik anda.
