Form 9 SSM refers to the company registration form that must be completed to register a company in Malaysia under the Companies Act 2016. This form is an important document that must be submitted to the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM) as part of the company registration process. Form 9 SSM has been replaced by Section 17. It is also known as the “Certificate of Incorporation of Private Company” & “Perakuan Pemerbadanan Syarikat” or “Borang 9” in Malay.
